The Cerakure Nano is a catalytic infrared curing oven built specifically for Cerakote applicators.
It cures coatings directly — not the air, not the part — reducing cure times from hours to minutes with dramatically less energy.

This is not a faster convection oven.
It’s a different process entirely.

Traditional convection ovens heat air, then heat the part, and eventually cure the coating.

The Nano does none of that.

Using catalytic infrared energy, the Nano targets the coating itself — exciting it directly in the optimal wavelength range. The result is a full cure in a fraction of the time, without overheating the substrate.
